1. Arrange for a showing of mobile homes to suit your budget and needs. 

2. If you’ve found something of interest, request an application.     

3. Complete and return your application with the application fee. West Town will conduct a credit and background check. 

      If your application is not approved for any reason, we’ll contact you to let you know why.
If you’re application is approved you’ll be contacted to come back to do the paperwork. 
The park manager must meet all adults who will be on your lease before your lease is signed.

	Receive a copy of the park rules
	Sign the lease
	If purchasing a mobile home that we own, make the down payment or full payment as agreed upon.
	Pay the deposit.
	Pay the first month’s rent.
	Pay the title transfer fee. We will have addition forms for you to sign if purchasing a home.
	Sign our deposit form.
	Complete our Tenant Information Form.
	Receive a copy of our current newsletter.
	Receive the keys to your new home.

 Please note:  We will follow through on title transfers.  You must have the title to your mobile home in your name if you own it.
